The media could not be loaded. It's really cheap for its quality the rubber and plastic are of great qualityIt's great for your forarm exercise and your grip strength if you are working out at home or even if you just want something to play around it's still a good product which will get rid of your bordum with added fitnessIt's says both in the listing and the product that it ranges from 10 to 70 kg but I am sure it doesn't go up to 70 kgs more like 50 or somethingThe product in itself is light weightIt's a nice gripper at a really cheap price
