It's not just doesn't work but left me all the angry itchy rash on my skin, don't waste your money, thought it would be too good to be truth but it's got lots of positive reviews so thought will give it a try - don't buy!

Unfortunately, it did nothing but leave me with a skin rash so I’d personally avoid this product and not recommend you get it either. Instead of using these weight loss pads, you’re better off investing in a led light massage machine (I got one ages ago from Amazon for £90-£100; only recently found and started using it again) and use that every night before bed for approx 20mins. Can be used anywhere on the body and the one I have has diff led lights to target diff skin problems as well. Search “led light body massager” or “fat dissolving machine” here on Amazon and you’ll find something within your budget I’m sure. Also (rub VapoRub in your tummy and wrap the area with cling film (yes all around) and then put a waist trainer on top of that). It’ll help to sweat the area with minimal effort. I sleep like this every other night but I don’t personally recommend it, as it can get uncomfortable. Perhaps do this every other day while you’re at home (esp if you have the luxury of working from home). Try it out for a few hours at a time and see how you get on with this method. Also helps with posture and overall tightening of the tummy area. I’ve also used this method in the past and have seen vast improvement (I suffer with a hormonal belly). Speaking of which; if you suffer with a hormonal belly: start taking probiotics everyday and get a blood test from your doctor to check your thyroid levels. Hope this helps ✌🏼

These patches are not miracle workers, they do however work if used everyday, I use them on my stomach and hips, have noticed my hips go down and my stomach a bit, the main thing I find us that they stop my stomach from bloating out, even when due on my monthly cycle. Am buying my second lot.

The adhesive patch is not appropriate for the skin - immediately reacted and took it off - It was inappropriate to have adhisive on the patch area.

I bought these patches as a Valentine's gift for my wife and they must work because I've never seen her since. I leave for work earlier than her so left them in a paper bag with a note on the bag which read. "Happy Valentines Day, Sorry I haven't got you a card and I couldn't afford flowers. So I've bought you these to help you look like the women on the telly" When I came home the bag had been opened and no sign of the wife. She must have tried them on and they're that good they've made her disappear. It's been 5 weeks now and still no sign.

I have only given three stars as I’ve only been using for a week. I will update when I’ve be using for longer. They are easy to put on, and take off. No side effects detected.
