I've used this granulated sweetener for both beverages and cooking, and it has been a dependable sugar substitute. I love Spenda--I cook and bake with it, making AWESOME sugar-free alternatives to sugar-laden goodies; I sprinkle it on barbecue beans and blueberry smoothies, mix it with cinnamon and sprinkle it on toast, etc., etc. (And yes, I know the newest scare with the chemicals that cause cancer, but Splenda has confirmed that they do not use these harmful chemicals in processing, so if you buy the name-brand, you should be safe.) There's no nasty aftertaste, either. In our local grocery stores, they only have the standard-size bags, but I was delighted to find this family-size bag online for such a reasonable price. And if you're new to using no-calorie sweeteners, ignore the instructions and double the amount when cooking or baking. I make fabulous banana bread, barbecue sauce, puddings, oatmeal cookies, etc. all with standard recipes just doubling the called for sugar amount and substituting Splenda.

Splenda is the best sugar substitute I have found. It tastes, measures, and bakes just like regular sugar. It’s an ideal sugar substitute for anyone with diabetes. It’s ridiculously expensive. For baking purposes, it’s most cost effective to buy it in bulk. These 12.6 ounce bags are the largest I have found. It’s worth noting that Splenda is also available as a mix of sugar and Splenda and is labeled “Splenda Blend”. It’s easy to get it mistaken with the product containing Splenda only. If you have diabetes, you do not want the blended version

I use Splenda all the time instead of sugar. This is a good deal for 2 bags this size. I like Splenda better than any other sweetener.

This is -- by FAR -- the BEST sugar substitute on the market! No aftertaste, just natural sugar-like sweetness. Everything I have added it to has come out sweeter with none of that funky taste that you often get with sugar substitutes. I got tired of restaurants not having it in their selection of sweeteners on the table, so I bought a small, zippered pouch and carry little packets of Splenda with me. It is honestly that good. My sweet tooth and I have been engaged in a long-running battle for many years. Unfortunately, my sweet tooth appears to have excellent legal representation. As a diabetic, I try to limit sugar where I can, and Splenda has become one of my go-to compromises. I've used it in coffee, tea, and various other attempts to convince myself that I'm making responsible adult choices. It's Splenda. Most people already know whether they like the taste or not. Personally, I don't find it bitter or weird, and I've used it long enough that regular sugar in drinks sometimes tastes too sweet to me. What I particularly like about this package is that it's bulk. It's more convenient than dealing with hundreds of little packets, and it creates less packaging waste overall. My only real complaint is the price. Splenda isn't exactly cheap, but neither is diabetes, and this helps me keep my coffee sweet without sending my blood sugar on an unnecessary adventure. If you already like Splenda, the bulk bag is an easy choice. If you hate Splenda, no review written by me is going to change your mind. Side note: buying Splenda in bulk also eliminates the possibility of accidentally ruining an entire box of individual packets because you stored them in a container that you were absolutely certain was dry and definitely turned out not to be. This is a strangely specific benefit that may not apply to everyone.

Low carbs no sugar for me. This is a lifesaver. Taste great in everything! Iced tea, coffee. Others I know that hate diet sweeteners have enjoyed this and started buying too. Love the granulated. Inflation bags are shrinking as price increases.
