This product is top of the line and exceeded my expectations!!! I have been dealing with nerve pain, headaches, and migraine pain for several years. I have used this product for a very long time, nearly a couple of decades and I like it because it adheres well and stays out, even with overnight wear! My only reason for knocking a star is I wish that the cooling part lasted longer. It is so relieving when you first apply but within less than twenty minutes the cooling aspect has subsided but for me, it stiffens and adheres and creates enough pressure to help with the migraines. Almost for me like it does the opposite of what it's intended to do but yet still works in helping with some relief. I don't find it alleviates pain and would still use this with your migraine medicine as I do, but it does provide some comfort I've found and I love that it stays on and in place for hours and hours. Even when I have had a migraine all day and will go to bed with it on, it is still stuck on my forehead in the morning! Would definitely invest in these if you suffer from headaches. It's good to have around. And the smell is not overpowering nor offensive if you have an aversion to strong odors as I do. Good value for the money and is pretty effective in aiding in getting some relief when you're so desperate for anything to help.

My absolute go-to for migraines. Ice packs only last 30 mins and these last for hours. Easy to use, great size, stay in place, no residue. No unpleasant smell. I tried another brand and it had a smell I really didn't like. I even keep some at work. Worth the money.

During migraine it’s very good relief. Patch is quite big, enough to cover forehead. Cool and calming. I am very glad that I find these patches. It’s better to put the patch on clean and dry forehead, without any skincare product, otherwise it will not stick to your forehead. One patch will keep cooling for 10-12 hours.

Super convenient for travel. Worked well for my husband. Putting it on the back of his neck helped a lot.

Even though I order up to 100 items or a little more a month, I very rarely write a review. Something HAS to be very, very good to make me leave a review, and this item DEFINITELY IS! I have suffered from severe tension headaches and migraines for at least 40 years, and now I get them daily in varying severity. My doctor won't give me any prescription medication for them due to possible adverse interactions with my other medications, so I buy different herbal remedies, essential oils, and now this. When my migraine gets VERY SEVERE, I used this with my other natural remedies to provide extra relief. Trying it for the first time, I was amazed by how much better I felt almost instantly and within 5-10 minutes my migraine was COMPLETELY gone! That has never happened before! I always got just enough relief to let me get to sleep so I can relax it away but I NEVER get TOTAL RELIEF!
