Mezco Toys G.I. Joe Figurine lumineuse 1/12 Destro 17 cm

In order for this to be the most useful review possible for people unable to decide, I'll go from top to bottom showcasing all functions, cool things he comes with, and his articulation. Starting off, the process of getting it and my overall thoughts. I thought, like on the website, it would arrive with a signature necessary. However, a signature is not necessary (for all the kids who plan on secretly buying this on their guardians card, lol). This is my first ever Mezco because of the price, but this did not dissapoint. For now, I'll discuss the box. It's a pretty cool box, which showcases Destro. Inside the box, you'll see two trays filled with accessories. On the first tray, you'll see the figure (obviously) wrapped in two layers of plastic (thrown away) and two headsculpts. A smiling one, and another basic face. It comes with silica gel, with various hands and a blasting effect. The necklace should also be wrapped in plastic, but obviously it's been thrown away. The second tray has the stand, a bag, 2 batteries, two guns, and a swap-out case with a buildable gun. Getting to the figure, I accidentally broke the belt. It's nothing hard to fix with super-glue, but to prevent this happening I recommend you not push the belt down too hard. Same for the leg holster. I recommend not trying to swap out the gun holder because that's how I broke mine. The heads are kind of heavy, for they are real metal. Yes, the red thing around his neck is hard plastic. I wish it were soft, but oh well. The soft goods are elastic, and have a new-car smell for anyone wondering. For the articulation, the head moves up a realistic amount. It barely goes down. Beautiful ab crunch and rotation in the waist. All the joints move like butter. The arms can almost do a double bend, however it is hindered because of the missiles. The knees and legs have flawless articulation. He can almost kick his buttocks, and the legs can touch each other. Sorry for making it a big thing, I'm not used to them being capable of doing that because I actually collect Marvel Legends and Figuarts. For doing the splits, he gets pretty close. He can kick upwards to 90°, and back ~30°. The wrists, I'd be careful about. I don't move them much rather from rotating them because I'm scared that it'll snap. And when others were complaining about the missiles falling off, I realized they were referring to these little things shown in the images above. To insert the batteries into the case, follow the instructions and put the batteries up on the flat side, not the side with a inner circle. Make sure the switch on the side says off, to prevent any electrocutions. Yes, it's around 1.5-3 volts, but I'd rather be safe than sorry--- especially for an action figure. I ordered mine on December 21, and came on December 27th. 6 days aren't a long time, but I'm inpatient. You can pay ~$13 for faster shipping, but I believe thats a ripoff.For the price, this is a great figure. This is worth the money, most definitely.

The mezco figures are unreal! Buttery smooth joints, fabric clothes, light up case. If you are a GI Joe classified fan, definitely check out Mezco! This the best Destro option out!

This figure is amazing. My box was not damaged at all and I had no QC issues. The actual feel of the figure is amazing along the with the many accessories. I bought this figure for $60, so I definitely think it was worth the price tag.

What can I say? I love Mezco and I love GIjoe! I use this guy quite often in my toy photography and is essential for any GI Joe collector!
