I *love* this chair and ottoman! The material is luxurious and the shade of green is very attractive. The swivel makes it easy to get in and out without having to move the ottoman. The tufted padding in the chair back, arms and ottoman is so soft. Minor drawbacks: the seat cushion is a little bit firmer than I like, and it's a little low to the ground. I've been sitting in this to work remotely for hours at a time and I've been totally comfortable. Assembly required two people but it took less than an hour. I never imagined I would get all this for such a moderate price.

CONCLUSION - It's been almost 2 years of daily use and this chair has held up amazing. It has proven to be the best seat in the house. I always hear how comfortable it is, to the point of guests wanting to purchase one for their own home. I do want to mention, it is a short chair. I'm 5'3 and think it's perfect. My husband is 6' and he sits in it every day as well. The softness as well as the ergonomics of it seem to fit us just right and we all enjoy using it no matter our height. Hope this helps! I kept looking at others but always coming back to this one but I was hesitant due to the high cost of shipping. I am SO GLAD I went for it. This chair is everything I hoped it would be! I'm short, 5'3 and it snuggles me just right. It is such a cozy and attractive chair. I bought the grey and while the fabric doesn't appear super high end, it's still nice and very soft. Overall I am really pleased and plan to purchase a second one. As a side note - don't expect much from the foot stool, thin and unimpressive. But the chair - 100% worth it.

This chair seemed to be the perfect choice for my reading corner, but it was too short/small for my height 5’7”. Material is very soft, color is beautiful, picture instructions somewhat clear, but overall easy to assemble. Just would have liked to be higher off the ground. Too expensive to keep when I’m. It 100% in love the chair. Maybe perfect for a small petite person or a child.

My dad loves the chair. I bought it, not really knowing what to expect, and was immediately enthralled. My dad recently retired and wanted to buy him something nice for Christmas. He had an old sofa and thought about replacing it with the ottoman. However, I was quite skeptical. I did not know if my dad was going to like it. He is very special, but it turns out he loves it. He says it is not only beautiful but sturdy and comfortable. Honestly, this has been one of the best online purchases I have ever made. For the price I was totally not expecting this, but I am so happy. Also do not worry about the assembling part. It was very easy. The instructions were straightforward, easy to follow. The chair arrived well packaged. It was big but it came in well packaged, so it was not damaged during transit. All in all, very good chair. Good price for the quality. Nice cushion. The chair is comfy and is very study. Also wanted to mention that the color in the pictures are very consistent with what you get. I really expect this to last for a good time, however if I ever need to buy another one, I would come back to this as my first option.

I was really excited about this chair, and I will say It looks great. The color and fabric quality met my expectations. The cushion aspect is comfortable. That being said it was extremely difficult to assemble. The instructions were all pictures and no words guiding you through. I followed the best I could but immediately something felt off. The back wouldn't fully connect, and the base was leaning to the left. The base you simply slide into the bottom of the chair, so not something I could have messed up. It doesn't just swivel, it feels like you are balancing on top of a ball. It dips to the left and has continued to get worse over the months. That base doesn't come back out either, it's just stuck. I purchased Feb '25. It's August. I've sat on it maybe 5 times during that, and it's somehow worse. It's essentially a beautiful decoration in my reading room. I reached out to the seller immediately after installation and they were unhelpful. They pushed I provide a video, when it's not something that can really be shown in a video. Which I explained, but that's the ONLY solution they gave. No other tips, or installation instructions, or offering even an exchange. Upon reading other reviews I can see this balance issue wasn't just a one off for me. If they know the product has a consistent problem they need to own up to it and offer solutions or money back. I'm so disappointed that this was my one splurge I allowed myself this past year for some comfort in a new space and it has utterly failed in delivering.

A year ago I bought the gray one so it matched everything. I moved this year and wanted a pop of color. Since everyone fights over this chair when they come i wanted to get another, so I ordered 1 red chair. It didn't look right with one red and one gray. So I moved the gray one to the spare room and got another red on. The red is so pretty. I can't explain how much I love them My family fights over these chairs because of how comfortable they are. Comfy enough for a nap but you will have a sore neck. These chairs are worth every penny I spent on 3 of them. Putting them together, is a bit of a pain. But we'll worth it. They are light weight so easy to move once you have them together.

I’m bummed. Got this as a bday present to myself and I love the color and fabric but the scale of the chair is small so it looks like a child’s chair in a room with normal size furniture. Would be fine for a small space, apartment or an extra chair in a bedroom. Also it has a low back so not any neck support. It’s become a fav chair for my cat.

Purchased this chair in December, 2024. It is now February 16. The chair broke under me. I am a petite woman. This should not have fallen apart. Extremely disappointed & annoyed to now have to replace this. Update- the company was great. I sent photos and they gladly replaced it ! I’ve been enjoying my chair . Hey- stuff happens!
