We love boba tea and these sachets of popping boba are so handy and easy to use. We had a leaky pack in the order but Tempo Tea bar sorted it out mega quickly and easily - fantastic exemplary customer service - thank you! Flavours are great and taste great added to all sorts of cold drinks (not just tea-based drinks). We love them!

It’s tastes good, value for money and the quality is good. It’s a bit small but it’s worth it. Don’t need to put in the fridge. Can put it in the dry place. That’s why I gave 5stars

Such a lovely little gift but was very disappointed to find it had leaked everywhere!

My son loved these. Very tasty, size and apperance and quality on par with a boba shop.

Really good flavours however with them being delivered on their side. One was slightly open and the syurp was everywhere. I probably wouldn't order again just incase of delivery.

I've bought these a few times now and love the different flavours. I make a bubble tea every day to take to work with me.

So disappointed, there was nothing in the product description to say these needed to be stored in the fridge it simply states they have a sheep life of 6 months. I ordered these for my Mum to give my children at Christmas, there was nothing on the box stating they should be stored in the fridge either. We used 1 of the flavours of Christmas and the children enjoyed having them at home with lemonade. A few weeks later I went to open another and saw that there was mould in the jar, it hadn't been opened but I wondered maybe if the children had tinkered with it as I knew once opened they had to be refrigerated and used within two weeks. I read all the stuff that had come inside the box again to double check and then discovered to my horror that they were supposed to be refrigerated even when unopened!! So in the end I had to chuck 4 of the 5 flavours (over £16 out of the £20.97 paid! At least £12 of that due to the lack of clear storage guidance from the product description and on the box itself) Kids so disappointed. You should not have to read tiny small print to find out how to safely consume this product, it could have made my children really poorly, I'm glad I spotted a mouldy bubble else I would've unwittingly let the kids eat them. The first one they consumed at Christmas would not have been stored correctly either as we ordered ahead of Christmas and it was wrapped and under the tree!
