Excellent office chair
This chair is very customizable in terms of adjusting everything to meet your particular needs. I find it very comfortable. The lumber support is top notch. I can easily raise and lower the seat to fit well under my desk and my computer table. It rolls easily and just fits in well with my needs. The mesh seat is comfortable and non-sticky to any bare skin. I'm happy to recommend it highly.

Worth the cost.
I've tried more home office chairs than I care to count. Some purchased new, some second-hand. Could never find one that was comfortable and solid. I was initially put off by the high cost, but after trying so many cheaper chairs, I realized that you get what you pay for. This chair is incredibly well built, and has every adjustment you could want. Comfortable and sturdy. Oh, and it comes fully assembled and is made in the USA.

Good for a few week.
I liked this chair for the first few weeks. Im a programmer so i sit for anywhere from 8 to 16 hours with breaks of course. The seat has gone flat it and hasnt even been a whole year i think. The back rest is where all the money went. The arm rests are cheap plastic. Beware. I would rather use my 300 dollar chair that this replaced, RIP. Im 6'2 @ 220lbs Update. with more time i just hate this thing more and more. Big regret on that price tag..

Great Support and Comfort
The Haworth Fern is a comfortable, supportive office chair with great lumbar support and a flexible backrest. Its build feels premium and sturdy. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is the price; it's an investment. But for long hours at a desk, it makes a noticeable difference.

Nice, but not the condition I'd hoped for.
The chair looks nice and is very comfortable so far. My only complaint is that it didn't come in the shape I would have expected for a chair that cost over $1,200.00. The stitching on the back is frayed, and the lumbar support lever on the back has chipped markings and sticky residue. As others here have mentioned, I'm not going to deal with shipping it back over these rather minor issues, so I guess it is what it is.
