These valve stem caps were a simple but really nice upgrade for my vehicle. The black aluminum finish gives the wheels a cleaner, more polished look, and they instantly made everything look a little more put together. They fit securely and were easy to install, and I like that they help keep dirt and moisture out of the valve stems. The hexagon shape also gives them a more sleek appearance compared to basic plastic caps. The aluminum feels lightweight but durable, and they’ve held up well so far without fading or loosening. I've purchased these valve stem caps for everyone in the family. Ever had problems with a tire if the valve stem becomes compromised? It can be a wasted afternoon - or not. When I noticed the kids, their spouses, the grandkids and others in the family come back from a tire rotation they didn't really need, inevitably, one or more caps are gone. The great price on these make it easy to cover 'em up again. And, get a neutral cover for the first four and once everyone has black ones or whatever, each set you buy will cover lost valves on any of the cars or trucks.

What started out as a 5 star product quickly turned onto a negative review. These look great and show virtually no wear what-so-ever, Where they fall catastrophically short is in performance. Because they aren't lined, and are aluminium, they chemically fuse to the brass valves they are covering. It proved impossible to remove these with even a wrench or vice grip. This prevented me from ever checking my tire pressure. I was happy to see them go when I got new tires on my car. Lesson learned, be sure your caps are lined if installing on traditional brass valves.
