So good as far,I love my new pillow, it's still puffy. I have no neck problems since then.

They sure are. They look very thick, and they keep that shape when you aren't lying on them.

How do you wash your pillows? Do you usually use cold water or hot water to wash them?

Recommended to wash the pillow as normal, cold water and dry on a low heat, it isn't seem to be there is any problem after that.

I didn't find them to be warm/hot.It is indeed of hotel quality as the brand said. supportive and does not feel flat or too soft. Recommend!
