Good versatile product, add it in aata for roti, uttapam, dosa. Doesn't change the taste much but makes you feel full for a longer time. I personally didn't like it porridge

Very deceptive product with hype in price
I was using multi grain cereal costing Rs 100 manufactured by Aurvadic guru from an ashram in Madanapalli Andhra Pradesh for several yearswhich is very good. This product is sold with hype of price and vey bad as it did not give the feeling of wellness as I get up as was with my earlier product
