I am coming to this belt from a single-pringed leather one and I think that despite being a textile belt, it offers decent support, the padding is alright. The lock is velcro and is secure, likely not as secure as a double-pronged leather belt or a lever one, but it is secure any way. All-in-all, I think it is quite bang for the buck and would recommend it to someone who has never used a belt before while lifting and wants to feel things out. I switched because I like that it is light and doesn't take as much space in my gym bag, but if you compete in any form, I would recommend a leather one.

This is a quality product. I've used many belts over the years and this one is sturdy, comfortable and the quick release buckle is excellent allowing easy adjustment. The belt's support is excellent and allows me to lift with confidence and focus on the muscle. The addition of the lifting straps is a brilliant bonus. It's a recent purchase but I can see me using this for years. Brilliant product - couldn't be happier with it.

I love this belt it feels very sturdy and well built and it fits nicely I also like the variety of colours and sizes it comes in. The Velcro is well-made and doesn’t feel like it will come off. It supports my back well and functions exactly as described. It doesn’t weigh much and it's easy to carry or put in your gym bag

Got this in pink, definitely recommend! More importantly it helps me brace well and fits comfortably. I like the velcro as it makes it quick to remove.

So I never use a weight belt, all humans have one built in, transverse abdominal. So train properly and you should be okay, so most where them to pose around the gym having them no where near tight enough to actually do any good, A proper belt should be cinched in so tight that you can't wait to pop it loose as soon as your reps are done, that is where self locking quick release belts come in to thier own, breath in as much as possible, do up to the max, and brace against it during the rep, then I need to release immediately after. This belt does all that, I love it, really helped concentrate the leg mind muscle connection without overly concentrating on niggling back issues, so overall a better workout. The price too is great and is just as good a belt as the market leader. They are a small British company, and I'm happy to support them. Ps I haven't trained in a gym for 10 years, I workout at home so kit needs to be functional, hard wearing and looks don't matter, the belt is all of that and actually looks pretty good too.

I’ve been using this Lifting Belt for my strength, and it’s quickly become a gym essential. The self-locking buckle feels secure without digging in, even during heavy squats and deadlifts. It provides excellent core support while still allowing enough flexibility for lifts. Love it!

Super comfortable for squatting heavy. My previous weight belt dug into my sides which caused discomfort. This one is supportive without the discomfort. Adjusting the strap is very easy and the velcro is good material. Amazing piece of kit for the price. Would recommend to anyone.

Great quality and support belt, helps with heavy deadlifts. However sizing is tricky, I had to return twice before I finally got the correct sizing
