Authentic Canon
The canon ink cartridge is perfect— it was great to be able to get the authentic Canon product through Amazon since there is no store close by to find them.

Like All Canon Products, it is of high quality. It is also expensive.
The product, the ink/toner, is great and it works great. Yet it costs $50.00 a box more than 'compatible' toners. But, Canon forces you to use their, expensive, toner by putting in some software in their printers that harangues you with annoying messages if you use "counterfeit" cartridges. There must be some anti-trust issues here, but I don't know the law in this area. So, it works well, and you don't get those annoying messages. It is just 25% more expensive than it should be.

Canon cartridges are the best way to keep your printer's internals from getting plugged/jammed up. Printers are too expensive to replace & service calls can be pricey. I learned long ago not to compromise when I did in the past & had to pay twice plus pay extra for corrective action following me trying to save a few dollars.

Good but pricey
Good quality, but Canon likes their product too much. Overpriced so much that you can get 3 copycat cartridges for the same amount. Even though lifetime is less the copycats cost less in the long run.
