Extremely dry, as if in a kind of "speedy drying process" which takes away all the flavour and tastes like a cardboard

A good kitchen cupboard standby they may well be but cheaper buying just regular fresh mushrooms I’m still thinking. You so get a varied selection though in this small plastic tub and that’s the main thing plus they keep longer than fresh ones. Omelettes or pancakes they make for a tasty filling.
