Very good item, simple and very easy to use and cuts mostveg quite swiftly from saurkraut to onions carrots etc. Has removable blades but you can do most chopping and cutting with the main cutting blade which is adjustable and length wise cutting so your6chopping and cutting in two directions. Comes with a glove and veg holder but I prefer the cut resistant gloves. Saves time esp when chopping saurkraut and the larger items.

I've fancied a slicer for ages, and I'm really pleased with this one. It's sharp, done everything I've wanted to do, is easy to adjust and easy to clean. I should have bought it much earlier!!

Fantastic product and good quality and price.

sharp, pretty easy to use and clean, the only thing I would suggest is another slot for the blade in the mandolin, you don't want to put that in the draw with a blade on it, I put the blade in the lid of the blade box and taped it closed because the blades are surgically sharp. The other thing is there's no measure to show you how thin or thick the slices will be which means there's a bit of trial and error. Overall I gave it 5 stars because it feels sturdy and works.

I have wanted one of these for ages. The blades are extremely sharp so the guard & the gloves are useful. Cuts, slices & grates well

When you start slicing, you will notice that the hand held slider slips all over the place. Plus when you get lower on the item you’re sliding the hand held device doesn’t hold the item. It appears that it needs to be replaced with one that slides between the guides

Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Gemüsehobel. Läßt sich super damit arbeiten, hat verschiedene Einsätze. Sogar Stifte kann man schneiden damit. Ein Sicherheits-Stalhandschuh ist ebenfalls bei der Lieferung dabei. Läßt sich auch einfach reinigen. Prima. Eine Empfehlung geht raus.

Mandoline de très bonne qualité. Un gant de protection est livré avec ce qui est un plus car la lame de découpe est très très affûtée.

This slicer is easy to use, works well, and is easy to clean. I've only used the regular slicer. I find that it is pretty easy to slice your hand, but any slicer like this will have that issue. The blade is so sharp that it slices through vegetables faster than I expect sometimes, bringing my hand closer to the blade more quickly than expected.

E utilissima, affetta che è una meraviglia, utile anche la funzione julienne. La altre ancora non le ho provate. Attenzione alle dita, e' molto affilata
