This is pure liposomal NAD+, plus the addition of TMG/Betaine. There are no precursors used here like NR here, just NAD+. That being said, do we actually know if NAD+ is as good as the precursors? I don't think there has been enough research yet to support taking NAD+ over the precursors, but it is an interesting option and worthy of more research. This is why I take a combination of NR plus NAD+ instead of just NAD+ alone. This NAD+ supplement is excellent. Codeage makes great quality products, and it's 3rd party tested for purity and potency so you know it's the real deal. It offers a nice dose of 500mg NAD+ along with 102mg TMG in each 2 capsule serving. Overall - if you are looking to test out an NAD+ product, this is a great choice. That being said, I'm still unsure if NAD+ supplementation is as effective as products like NR.

I have used about half this bottle now and I am struggling to find any real difference in how I'm feeling day to day. I don't feel a boost of energy but I'm also not as completely tired as I used to be. I think for the price this will have me thinking twice on re-ordering. Perhaps I need to wait longer to finish the bottle and I will but I just expected something a little more noticeable in terms of effects. I will report back if I feel any elevated effects but and maybe the effects are subtle but again for the price I'm not entirely sure what I'm getting.

i have been taking NAD+ supplements for about 4 months and i absolutely love them. i actually took about 3 weeks of from them for awhile to determine how much i actually liked them - and i noticed a difference within a few days. it showed ... right there in my face ... i could see a change and i hated it. i felt like i started to look my age and that's just not my thing. at all. i don't want to look my age - travesty. so yeha - i am probably on NAD+ for life now. this is a good one - once i was back on it - my skin and overall feeling improved again. this one is a little more pricey than others i have tried but it works quickly and effectively and you can take it on an empty stomach to help kick off your day.
