They taste great and are easy to take

I have been taking these about a month and have had noticed my nails especially seem to be growing quicker, don’t know about the hair or skin benefits as have just started but would recommend and will keep taking. Also are really easy to take and no nasty aftertaste.

Ok but a better quality Collagen works better for me these are great to take on holiday though and easy to eat, they don't have a smell and taste ok, not sure about skin health as I use the collagen powder from free soul most of the time I only use these when I am away from home.

So far, so good. They taste Amazingly good. Real Strawberry smell and real wild strawberry taste. Don't get too carried away when you take them, these little stars are 2 per day only. Good value for money, Their content is 150mg of Fish (skin) Collagen. 30 servings per container. Free from : Gluten, GMO, Soy, Gelatin, Artificial sweetener, colours and preservatives. I believe they are quite strong per piece, I wouldn't have got it other wise. They are a soft chewy gummy, and although I can't say whether they are working in the first 24 hours, I do expect to have a glossy think mane of hair and my nails shouldn't end up bending like they are now. Skin wise I am not expecting miracles, I do think it will help to soften the few wrinkles I've already got. Using a Collagen cream will also be helpful. Collagen inside your body will also help with your joints. Collagen is natural in our bodies so until you turn 60 years old for women and 70 years old for men, you don't really need it.

Very tasty and fast delivery. Only been taking them for a few days so I hope they do some good. However, studies say that 150mg of collagen daily is not enough to make a difference so we’ll see.
