I love this oat flour! It’s great for baking and making pancakes. I’m vegan and gluten free, this has helped make a lot of great recipes gluten free. I have purchased so many times and will continue to purchase. The price is the same as in store at Walmart. But this I can order to our door. Neutral taste and delicious

This works so well in my bread machine. The flavor is soooo good. It makes amazing pancakes as well. And the price for the amount you get is awesome!!

Great for baking or toddler cereal.

So far, I've used this blend in making muffins, pancakes, cornbread and brownies (btw: all vegan). The flour gives a nice, delicate crumb to these products; albeit slightly dense, but not quite as dense as 100% oat flour. I think the buckwheat improves the texture of baked goods (over just oats). Have purchased 2 times now. Just wish it wasn't so expensive (minus 1 star for price).

I have used this for making pancakes and they are delicious! I also make my dog homemade peanut butter\oatmeal snacks. It’s a great alternative to regular flour and in my opinion it is a much healthier option. My next goal is to use it to bake a cake. Add a little baking powder and I think it will work just fine. Hope you give it a try!

The 1:1 ratio is key! I did not have to alter my recipe and it was delicious as always and now Gluten Free!
