It's a hot day... this are sweating... I won't name them... but you are looking to replace the electrolytes that you lost from sweating... buy this. It has great ingredients and taste good. If I had to explain the taste, it somewhat taste like the water you have at weddings and they have a lemon or two sitting in the water dispenser. Yup, it's decent. The only issue I have is sometimes it doesn't dissolve and it sits on the bottom and is gritty toward the end when I'm about to finish my shaker bottle. But... that happens with alot of supplements. I will be buying this again.

Some of the bad reviews are due to it not dissolving in water well. Of course it won't dissolve well in cold water... add one or two ounces of HOT water and mix it. It's fully dissolved at that point. Then add your cold water and it's perfect. I think I learned this in a 9th grade biology class. The lemon taste is quite pleasant. I'm not sure why anyone would say it tastes bad. I'm quite happy with this product!

Stay away from. Chalky, bland tasting, diarrhea giving powder. For the price. You get what you pay for. Solubility doesn't mix well. Doesn't come with a scoop. I guess thats a way to cut pricing down. People defending this electrolyte powder USE WARM OR HOT WATER. Common sense, I don't want to drink hot water when I'm dehydrated from a hike or gym. Taste, one flavor, lemon. Ummm idk about lemon tasting. Its more like powder flavor and a hint of lemon. Chalky mix. Always shake before drinking. Would i recommend, no. Saw this pop up when I was about to order some from the store and thought why not? That was a bad decision. Effectiveness, I gave me diarrhea 5 out of 5 times I drank it.

It tastes good, works great, but some of the powder will not dissolve no matter how long you give it or how much you mix it. Price to value though, this is a great deal.

I am very happy with this electrolyte powder. I was sick of buying them at Walmart with sucralose. This is a little more expensive, but it was the best price I could find per ounce without any artificial sweeteners. It is not very sweet, it's stronger on the lemon, but it tastes natural to me. I mix it with Miralax sometimes so that the Miralax doesn't give me hyponatremia, and now I can barely taste the Miralax, which I think is disgusting and tastes like plastic. Nothing else has masked that taste for me! I also love it with just water for workouts. I'm never in the mood for sweet water after a workout so this is perfect. If you let it sit, you do have to stir it or shake it every now and then. When I'm done, there will be a tiny amount of powder that didn't dissolve, but I've never found electrolytes where that wasn't the case. The only improvement would be to include a measuring spoon. I don't have a 2/3 tsp measuring spoon so I just use a little more than a half tsp.

Great flavor and price. Does not dissolve though. Makes it undrinkable. What doesnt clump up in the bottom is drank as clumps

Seems good but it does not dissolve very well at all. I have had over a dozen types of these powders and this one has the most residue.

This powder tastes great as long as you follow the amount specified! It keeps me hydrated very well without any side effects. I drink this the day before and day of plasma donation and it has made a big difference in the speed of donation and ease of the process which means that it is highly effective in my life. No side effects, no bad aftertaste, really nothing negative at all. A good product overall!
