Lovely dishwasher very easy and simple to use

Reasonably cheap and efficient, but not the absolute best interior layout.
It’s a dishwasher which seems to work as well as any other dishwasher. I’m not wild about the layout of the top rack but for a relatively cheap and cheerful machine I’m happy. Needless to say the section at the bottom which decoratively covers the feet has broken off, but it gets kicked all the time so that’s not surprising. I haven’t had anything come out dirty yet!

Good machine..good controls and looks good
Update 20/12/25. Amazon said they can't send replacement parts, hisense don't do it!? So they sent full replacement but say they can't take mine away or fit new one without creating a separate order that I would have to pay for! so I would have to unpack it myself and get one part out to use..I can't do that as I am disabled as I told them..they said when this new one is picked up the delivery driver may take out the part for me..he said on arrival he not allowed to open it?! So they took it back. I am left with the original with a bottom panel that I have to tape on to stop it falling off. Diabolical service form both Amazon and Hisense...worst customer service I have ever received!! Original review below.... Update 14/9...still waiting for replacement bottom panel which keeps falling off. After weeks of promises by Amazon... Still nothing!! Looks good. After 2 weeks seems to work well, main reason to buy a dishwasher! I like the eco, 1/2 load modes (as a single person) and delayed start time. The extensive digital controls I like being a tech lover. It's very quiet. Cutlery Baskets inside a bit flimsy and hard to position, the lid on them keeps coming off, but don't really need those lids. Overall: Not as solid or good as my Bosch which lasted almost 28 years and would cost now twice as much as this at least, and cleaned heavily soiled pans well, but for the money, very happy. See how it goes.

Cleans really well
This dishwasher cleans really well and has quite a few useful programmes. All in all a good machine with excellent build quality. Great display. As with most dishwashers, quite easy to install in a standard kitchen undertop "gap". Considering the price, excellent value. But if I'm being picky, I would say it does have a few annoying but relatively minor issues: 1) the course filter is quite small and is easily blocked causing an error (really easy to clean it but the manual does not tell you how to clear the error so I have to restart the program from the beginning 2) the upper basket has some side "shelves" in common with most full size dishwashers) intended for small cups or to hold the base of a wine glass. But they never stay in place and regularly fall off. Thinking of using a tie wrap to keep them place... A really small issue in the grand scheme of things but very annoying!! 3) it has the ability to use hot water input - one of the big selling features for me but what the "adverts" fail to say is that this is only more economical if you have a system such as an oil burner rather than a gas combi-boiler otherwise it is probably cheaper to have the dishwasher heat the water.

Installation problem
Absolutely fine for 2 weeks but the problem reared it's ugly head the door would not open more than a few inches.i contacted Amazon for a repair kept an eye on the status which informed me they had it in the repair shop but it was still in my kitchen. I understand that. Amazon customer services have now offered a replacement.this is the third Hisense appliance I have bought and the first time I have had a problem.the machine itself is absolutely fine very quiet great capacity with plenty of programs to choose from I would recommend it I think the problem was an installation problem not the fault of the machine

Does what it says. Simple and effective
I’ll be honest—I wasn’t expecting to have strong feelings about a dishwasher, but here we are. This Hisense one is about as no-nonsense as it gets. No spaceship controls, no need to read a 400-page manual… you load it, press a button, and it actually does what it’s supposed to do. Revolutionary stuff. It’s not flashy, it’s not trying to connect to Wi-Fi or judge your life choices—it just quietly gets on with cleaning everything you throw at it. And importantly, it does it well. Plates come out clean, glasses aren’t doing that weird cloudy thing, and I haven’t had to rewash anything yet (which already puts it ahead of my last one). Bit like a reliable old mate—no drama, just gets the job done. If you want something simple that works without any faff, this is spot on.

Hi sense dishwasher washer excellent
I like the Hi Sense Dish Washer very much , it has many features for washing ,has half a load button . Dishes come out wonderfully clean. My only problem was with Amazon who I ordered it with ,as I ordered my old dishwasher to be dismantled and taken away and the New one to be connected . When the men came they would only deliver it and put it in my kitchen so for weeks I had to walk round it ,as I don't have a big kitchen it was awkward . Rang Amazon twice and both times they would get it sorted ,but nothing happened . So in the end I had to pay someone else to connect it .Then had to pay someone else to take the old one away . Amazon should not advertise the order to be disconnected and taken away and the new one to be connected . I am very upset with Amazon .

Avoid!
One word: avoid Worst dishwasher we have ever owned, and that is not an exaggeration. We had it for just a few months and the replacement arrives tomorrow. I cannot wait to see the back of it. From day one it simply did not do the job. Even the longest and supposedly most “advanced” programmes leave dishes half clean at best. Glasses come out smeared, plates still have bits stuck on, and anything with dried-on food does not stand a chance. We tried everything: different detergents, rinse aid, rearranging the load, running the eco and intensive cycles. Nothing made a real difference. For the money we paid, this is a complete waste. I genuinely regret buying it and wish I had read more reviews first. Five months of frustration and re-washing things by hand afterwards, which rather defeats the point of owning a dishwasher in the first place. Replacing it cannot come a day too soon. Save yourself the money and the headache and buy something else.
