The only issue is that there were flags missing for the 14 piece set, so it was incomplete. I just wanted to have the missing pieces shipped to me, but that wasn't an option. My only option was a return and replacement, which is fair but also a hassle and not worth my time. I guess I'll keep the incomplete set.
