Very nice electric blue
I love this stuff. The taste is earthy? Imagine some sort of ground up beets… anyway I bought it for the colour. I manage to get some really electric blue shades in my smoothies but if you add too much it takes too earthy.

Got this to try in a health cocktail I take on a morning. It arrived quickly and nicely packaged. Would give 5 stars, but it’s a bit tricky to get out of packet without ending up with Smurf fingers (washes off though).

Wow! Really an amazing natural pigment! You just need a tiny bit to have a great colour.I tried on a cake whipped Oat cream and in a cocktail.Do not put a lot, because it has a slightly eggy smell.
