Perfect and at a fair price

This is my third Oral B Pro, this time series 1, my previous OralB , after serving me for four years, suddenly decided to die, stop charging. One day was working fine, next day battery 🔋 dead.Starting from battery life, anything between three and four years. When I received it there was a QR code to register and extend warranty into three years, thus my expectation is that most likely it's going to dye a couple of months after the warranty expiration.Bizarrely it's noisy! It certainly cleans and the slow, gentle mode is a plus.It arrived with a generic cross function head, but there's a plethora of heads for all needs.Generally speaking Oral B is certainly one of the best brands for electric toothbrushes. The vibration helps to deep clean, nevertheless flossing is still needed.Strangely there are no instructions on how to recycle the unit upon death ☠️ I drove to Currys and they did accepted it for "recycling", but surely there should be a return option provided from Oral B....Whilst I believe that electric toothbrushes are mainly an expensive hype / gadget, I don't think I would had brushing my teeth as frequently if I had a normal toothbrush.

Got the Oral-B Pro 1 Electric Toothbrush for my lad, and he really likes it! Since using it, his brushing habits have improved, and he’s more consistent with his oral hygiene. The timer feature helps him brush for the right amount of time. It’s a simple, effective tool for better dental care!

Great product, excellent service

Arrived swiftly - well packaged. A replacement for my old Oral B which finally died for good after going on 5 years of use. Unfortunately I had thought this was a like-for-like replacement of my old one, but I misunderstood the gum pressure sensor on this one wasn't the same as the red light on my old one - regardless - it works as intended. Came with plenty of charge but I've since charged it up to full. Hoping it lasts as long as my old one does as I know they charge slow but last a long time. Good enough for a good price.Edit: unfortunately the battery is far inferior to my old Oral B Pro Series 3. That is to be somewhat expected, as its technically a downgrade that I bought, but this battery lasts about a week, compared to the 2+ months my old toothbrush lasted. Had I known how significant the difference would be I would have spent that little extra to get the Pro Series 3 again.

The battery life is terrible.. I wrote to oral b and this is their response..Your Pro 1 brush should take 22 hours to fully charge, it sounds like your brush might not be on the charger long enough to fully charge. Please note, our brushes have different oscillation and vibration speeds based on the model. For example compared to our Pro 3 brush the Pro 1 you have is more gentle as the brushing modes have less oscillations and vibrations per minute.You would never believe in this day and age (of trying to save energyt) it would take 22 hours to fully charge. It lasts maximum 4 days and then it's flat so pretty awful.
