Helps with belly bloat and abdominal fat
Helped immediately with belly bloat. I don't have the typical perimenopause symptoms but started having digestive issues and storing excess fat in my abdomen despite working out 5 days a week and giving up gluten and a lot of sugars. Within 3 weeks of starting this my bloat dissipated, I dropped 3 pounds and reduced my body fat percentage, all other things being equal. I also take a probiotic but that didn't accomplish these results alone. I noticed a difference as soon as I started taking these soy supplements daily.

Worth a try. I glad I did.
I’ve only been taking these (2 capsules not the recommended 3 daily) for 2 weeks and have already noticed that I sleep better and no more night sweats. If you going thru perimenopause, I would give these a try. The capsules are a little big, but that’s not an issue for me. Some vitamin supplements are larger than these.

No quería opinar hasta tener varias semanas usándolo. Ya tengo casi son 2 meses de uso, es un poco lento en ver resultados pero, una vez que tu cuerpo se empieza a adapta, es maravilloso! Los cambios los empecé a ver a partir de la semana 4. Los calores se fueron en forma importante, la resequedad intima disminuyo un 70%, creo que todo seguirá mejorando al continuar tomándolo. Esto es un proceso y la constancia juega un papel muy importante.
