Perfect replacement drive, Shane about the tri driver being wrong
Firstly the package arrived early and well packaged, the only problem which wasn’t one for me was the included tri driver was a Philips head and not fit for purpose as the rod turns in the handle.If you’re like me you already had one from previous fixes but without it you’re going to struggle so (Sender) please make sure you send the right driver in future.All that aside I was able to replace the controller board with my defunct original drive version and installed the new drive without issue, if you’re unsure how to do this there are plenty of tutorials on YouTube.On first boot the drive spun into action and when various discs are inserted all read perfectly.I won’t mark down the score because of the tri drive but again be more careful when packaging the items for dispatch as without it you’ll struggle.Thanks
