Applaws Taste Toppers Chicken in Gravy Wet Dog Food 12-Pack 5.5 oz Cans

I have tried several different wet food toppers for my dog, but this one is easily the best. The chicken looks real, smells appetizing, and mixes well with dry food. My dog used to be picky, but now he eats every meal enthusiastically. The simple, grain free formula is perfect for dogs with sensitive digestion. The gravy gives just the right amount of moisture without making the food soggy. Compared with other brands, this one has cleaner ingredients and a much fresher appearance. I like that each can contains pure shredded chicken instead of filler or mystery meat. The quality feels closer to home cooked food than traditional canned dog food. It is worth the price for how much my dog enjoys it and how good it makes him feel.

My senior pooch is enjoying the Chicken Breast Recipe Taste Topper with his noon meal. I've been mixing about 1/4 cup in with his regular super food which can use a little extra moisture for it to be more palatable. The 12 pack of cans are 5.5 oz each and filled to the brim with shredded chicken breast, chicken broth, potato starch, locust bean gum and that's it for ingredients. It's a nice addition to his diet, he gobbles it up and is doing well digestion wise. A product of Thailand, made without colors, artificial flavors, preservatives and grain free.

So for those of you wondering a topper I found out it’s like a gravy that goes on top of the dry food that encourages your dog to eat more of his dry food. This has great flavor I’m assuming of course I did not taste it for the review, but my dog goes crazy over it! One can gives you quite a bit to put on His dry food and then I kind of mix it up and he ends up cleaning his whole bowl. One thing since it is a gravy it can make your dogs a dish dirty so when I feed him this, I just feed it on a paper plate and then I’m able to throw away afterwards. It makes us very well and does not have a crazy nauseous smell like some wet foods, or gravies to do! Very pleased with this product .

As my dog gets older, she is becoming more fussier with her food. I feed her dry dog food, and I usually put a little bit of wet dog food to mix in. I haven't changed the brand of the wet dog food in the past few months, so when I used the Applaws last night, I wasn't sure if she would like it. She initially just gave me a strange look, and then when she knew I wasn't going to give her anything else, she started to eat it. Obviously, it was a big hit because she wanted more! I was so happy that she liked it because it is a quality product that is made with chicken and limited ingredients which are also healthy and good for her. I do think it is a little pricey, but I guess you only get what you pay for!

Both of my dogs absolutely love this! They licked their bowls clean. It seems to be close to the same quality of canned chicken we eat ourselves. I would definitely recommend this product!
