BANGSON 3.2 CU.FT Mini Fridge with Freezer for Bedroom Office Silver

The freezer is nice, lots of space (will fit a full frozen pizza), and keeps things frozen. The fridge was a crap shoot, and was so difficult to find the sweet spot that would keep everything cold but not too cold. Some of my food had ice crystals on it from being too cold, while other items felt just barely cool and I had to throw them away out of fear of spoilage. But all that is moot when the thing doesn't even work any longer. I suffered a power outage and when I got everything turned back on, this thing did not want to cooperate. I know it has power because 1: everything else I plug into that outlet works, and 2: the light inside the fridge comes on when I open the door, but the motor itself isn't running and nothing is cooling or freezing. I put all my food into a cooler while I was waiting for the power to come back on, and I ended up having to dump an entire fridge and freezer's worth of food when the fridge didn't come back on and I had nowhere to store all my perishables. For the money I spent, and for the brand of this product, I did not expect such poor quality. I only had the thing for 7 months and it's dead. And of course I'm past the point of getting a refund. What a waste of money. Edit/update: I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars because of customer service and the replacement unit I received. The manufacturer did reach out to me with tips to try getting the fridge working again, and ended up shipping me a brand-new unit. The unit was ready to go right out of the box, fully functional. The freezer keeps all my items in perfect condition, and the fridge keeps cold items fresh and crisp. No issues whatsoever. My first unit must have been a fluke because this one is working exactly as it should. I'm glad I worked with the company, as they were very responsive and worked quickly to rectify the problem. I'm now in a new condo so this fridge isn't used as often but it's great as a backup for extra items that go on sale, to stuff the fridge with pizzas or nuggets, and to stuff the fridge with beverages, yogurt, lunch meat, and leftovers. I have zero complaints and the customer service is excellent.

I purchased this item over a year ago, and it remains in excellent condition. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I just got this it’s cute no problems yet. I kept seeing on other reviews how it wobbles all you have to do is tighten it at the bottom of the fridge. The plastic wrap was very easy to take it off, if you can’t take it off at the top you just need to unscrew the screws. I think this product needs a better manual I was kinda lost at the bottom where you plug it in the cord was very weird. I do like how you can put magnets on the fridge very cool. The freezer gets super cold love it but the bottom half not so much. Also confused on how it said turn the fridge off if not using? I thought that was the point of the fridge to keep it running? Confused on that ? The fridge is very quiet it does make noise but it’s not disruptive. It’s has a decent amount of storage the bottom half is pretty small. Overall it’s a nice fridge.

Well packed with lots of protection and in great condition. Works great. Noise is very quiet and only when everything else is quiet do you hear it slightly.

I ordered this mini fridge online for my granddaughter for Christmas. The only thing that she really wanted. When plugged in, the refrigerator made a loud rattling noise. It would not cool or freeze no matter what we tried. And eventually stopped working altogether. I had a very unhappy granddaughter. I messaged the seller about the problem with the fridge, very distraught at how I was supposed to send this large thing back, but the seller instantly messaged me back. They gave me tips on what to try to get the refrigerator working. Then told me not to worry about sending it back, they already had a new replacement on the way. The new refrigerator worked perfect. Very quiet running, with an ice tray which she loves. The product itself is wonderful and if I could give the seller an extra 5 stars for customers service I would. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely order from this company again.

My fridge arrived dented on top, which was NOT the seller's fault, but that of FedEx, and this seller went above and beyond to ameliorate the situation by offering reasonable compensation, so you can expect excellent customer service. The fridge itself is great. I removed the middle shelf and crisper for more space, and can fit a lot. Love having a freezer for my block ice. Excellent product.

Helps me alot because I’m bedridden and I don’t have to ask for anything.
