I needed 5, so I had to order 8, since you can't purchase them individually. The casters fit the existing inserts, so installation was very easy. Even if I had needed to install new inserts, it wouldn't' have been difficult. These casters look good and really complement the table. They roll easily, and they swivel easily when necessary.
