Does Magnisum Oxide Have Health Benefits?

No significant improvement in bone health after using 2 bottles. Suggest makers to use magnesium glycolate instead of mgo. Plz add more k2 ,upto 100 mcg. Also for old friends ,plz use glucosamine , chondroitin along with any calcium supplement. Easier joint movement is more important than strong bones.
