Good color printer for those that have need for a bit higher volume.
I first bought a brother printer of similar size over 10 years ago. I had so little issues with it I decided to stay with the brand. I have owned many other name brands and this one has been my favorite. It has the ability to configure multiple one touch buttons on the display. This has been great help especially with scanning files that I want processed different ways depending on the type. I have bursts during the year where I need several hundred color prints but most of the year the volume is pretty low. I’m a one person office. The toner cartridges are quite expensive but they do last a while if you limit color to when needed.

The ink is more expensive than printer
Printer is ok but the Ink that is supported is very expensive and after market doesn't work properly.

Good all in one printer, no good cheap toner options
MFC-L9610CDN works as a good, fast printer. Have been using in office for about 5 months now. Scanning, copying, printing, from or to computers or USB drive all work as expected. It's nice that the tray is a full 500 pages and can accept an entire ream of paper at a time. There are few downsides though. Networking is wired only; a wi-fi module costs extra. We found that using Windows to install drivers results in terrible print time and quality so you must use the drivers found on Brother website. Biggest complaint is with the toner. This model uses a microchip on its toner cartridges, and you can't print anything until the cartridge is replaced, unlike other Brother models like the smaller MFC-L8900CDW where you can reset the page counter to keep printing until it really does run out. While you can buy off-brand toner (or microchips to fool the printer into continuing to use the old cartridge), there are fewer options available on Amazon than for many other printers, and of the two we've tried so far both give unacceptable quality, so we'll be shelling out $$$ for OEM toner.

Premium printer - not for broke people
Solid printer. Best I've had. If money ain't a concern, this printer is amazing. This ain't for broke people. IYKYK. Just connect it to router with ethernet cable or buy the wifi component. You can print from anywhere with either method.

NO WIRELESS CONNECTION
Printer works great once you hook it up by cable. There is no wireless connectivety for this model. For this price it should include the wireless module that is an option but not specified in the description.

It's a garbage.

One of the BEST Color MFC Printers on the market!
The only negative is the learning curve to figure out all the features。 The software could use some updating。 Shipping "Bloat Ware" old software cheapens the product。

Disappointing!
It was delivered in a smashed box, and the back of the printer has plastic pieces displaced and scratched. Missing the cord to connect to the electrical outlet, and also missing the book on how to set it up! Wow! So expensive and so disappointed! Help!
