Defective Product & Failed Exchange
I received a defective product, and though Amazon initially accepted my exchange request, it was later marked as “delivered” without resolution. Customer care then informed me that due to another customer’s order, my item could not be replaced and only a return was raised.My concern: if both return and exchange options were available at the time of purchase, why was my exchange denied when the wrong product was delivered? This undermines trust in the exchange process.

Good but not durable
While it is a good toy with good battery life, seems like number of cycle this Battery has are very very few, there isn't any indication of battery percent or if battery is charging, it not even been 30 days and it stopped working. We aren't sure if that's battery problem or anything else, we tried charging it not luck
