Calisthenics bands
I have brought several of these bands to help me progress in calisthenics ranging from green, purple and now red. The quality is incredible,they are used on a daily basis in the rain, snow,cold and even heat (abroad 34-36c) no issues with them. I highly recommend them to any one who is looking at the product. Great value for money.

Good for the price, but not quite as stretchy as more expensive bands
These bands are very good for the price. I picked them up due to nagging shoulder injuries from sitting at a desk all day with poor posture. I was advised to do 50-100 band pull aparts (YouTube it) a day to help with this.One thing I have noticed is that these cheaper bands aren't as 'rubbery' as more expensive ones. They are fine, especially at lower resistance, but they feel more 'plasticy'. Again, it's not a huge problem, but something to be aware of. Essentially it means you can't pull them quite as far apart or as seamlessly.Still, for the money and for my purposes they are very good and I picked up both the red and the black bands.

This was bought for my husband to rehab a shoulder ...
This was bought for my husband to rehab a shoulder injury , he says it's well made and quite challenging for anyone rehabbing or starting to exercise after a long lay off . From my point of view its nowhere near as noisy as weights are and can be rolled up and stuck in a drawer

unless very strong would not recommend to use on its own
Very strong band, it is about 102 cm long (folded in hafl) so about 204 cm in total lenght (circumference). unless very strong would not recommend to use on its own, to be use for assiting body weight, weight lifting, etc. It would probably hurt hand or other part of the body if used on its own to pull arms or legs.So buy the smaller resistance bands for that which I'll be buying as well. cheerio!

J'ai le plaisir d'utiliser cet élastique( ainsi qu'un autre d'une taille différente mais de la même marque, et ils sont parfaits. Ils sont d'excellente qualité( le premier me sers depuis plus de 2ans et n'a pas bougé). Je recommande cet article, c'est un bon outil pour progresser.
