I heard about Canopy Point coffee and loved the idea of being able to get premium coffee beans sourced ethically and air roasted here in Texas. I tried all three options: light, medium, and dark roast. My preference has always been medium roast and I was not disappointed! Well-balanced, bright, and nutty for sure.I tried the light roast on a laid-back Saturday and definitely enjoyed the light yet rich aroma and taste. The dark roast surprised me most. It was not overwhelming in bitterness and needed no sugar to "doctor it up.". I am so pleased and will definitely order again!
