Hi if i use these for hiking.... shall i apply tape before i set out or only when i begin to feel a blister forming?

I would apply on vulnerable areas before starting. Don't apply tape to broken skin, or ideally over a formed blister or the removal of the tape will highly likely damage the skin covering the blister. Gemma

What colour is the tape - it says 'multi'?

It is not multi coloured. It is a light brown all the full length.

Is this tape suitable for sensitive skin. I normally use k tape but get a rash and terrible itching. Im looking for something i can wear all day.

I sometimes react to zinc based tapes but have not so much with this (a little itching if left on for a few days). This says its zinc based? But I strap my feet, maybe the skin is tougher! The combi pack contains a white tape to go underneath which is supposed to be "skin friendly". I defo have no itching with that. Suppose it depends what your allergy is?
