Recommended by my yoga teacher for lower back pain. Alleviated immediately. Really helps penetrate the skin deep to soothe the aches and pains you have by intensifying heat impulses and boost circulation to the site of pain. Been using it in the last 8 months. Not as strong in strength as similar products but the size is very handy being smaller and can be used for travelling or in your bag. Smells nice too.

I am suffering with cervical spinal pain due to muscoskeletal issurles linked to stress and anxiety. I rubbed this on tender areas and within 5 mins the pain and tenderness was hardly noticeable. Only used a tiny bit aswell. I'll deffo use this again. Great stuff!!!!

I like this it seems to work well for muscle aches and tension it’s good for the price actually the only thing I’d say it’s not the best if you have pain like fibromyalgia I have to use something else for those pains

This has really helped. I had a problem with a sore foot but it worked. I'd recommend this to anyone.

Was quite impressed by how this worked and considering it wasn’t a brand I’d heard of I’m sticking to this now . Good price & it works . Why change?
