Love them! They work great and are less hard than I anticipated but hard enough to do the job. They came very fast too.

This is great for rolling out on. I fist used a set of these in a yoga class. The only thing about these is the tote is not as soft as some others I’ve used. I use it directly on my skin so it can be a little irritating. The balls are slightly on the smaller side but it works ok for me since they fit in between my shoulder blades.

It will help me with me starting Fascia exercises. I was told by the physical therapist it is the right therapy balls.

Mehrere Stachel/Noppen waren bereits bei Ankunft abgebrochen. Bälle sind zudem sehr Hart, da gibt es deutlich angenehmere.

These massage balls are perfect and the right amount of softness and hardness. I’m able to really sink into the tight muscle and roll through the area to get releases in the fascia.
