I’ve been using this collagen continuously for quite a while and I like the taste, so it’s easy to take every day. The changes have been gradual rather than dramatic. I’ve noticed my nails grow faster, my joint and bone aches have reduced a little, and my skin looks healthier. Don’t expect a miracle after a few weeks—it’s something that seems to work slowly over time. My only downside is the price, as it’s a bit expensive. Overall, though, I’m happy with it and will continue using it.

Tasteless which was my main worry before buying. Makes coffee creamier, bonus! Not taken long enough to know if it’s had any benefits but I can confirm it’s not had any adverse effects.

I am a woman in my early 40's and have been using this collagen powder for a while now and can definitely see great results - my skin feels great, my hair is thicker and my nails grow (almost too quick!). I would say I feel more energetic but I cannot honestly say this is down to collagen alone but it certainly helps! I use this in my morning coffee and cannot taste it at all, perhaps I could slightly in the beginning but have certainly become blind to it now. It dissolves fine, a quick stir and no lumps. I have tried all sorts of different brands in the past but would not change from this now - the collagen content is higher than most i have seen but beyond anything else, I can see the results. One tub seems to last well over a month, with 2 scoops per day I am really happy with the value! I do shop around but usually Amazon is the best place. Highly recommended!

Le doy muy buena nota porque es de los colágenos más cómodos de tomar y de los más conocidos. Lo mejor es que no tiene prácticamente sabor y se mezcla muy bien en café, agua o batidos. Además, aporta 20 g de péptidos de colágeno por toma y está pensado para ayudar a articulaciones, piel, cabello y uñas. Pros * Se disuelve muy bien en bebidas frías y calientes. * Sabor neutro, casi no se nota. * Buena cantidad de colágeno por dosis (20 g). * Mucha gente nota mejora en articulaciones, uñas y piel tras varias semanas. * Fácil de tomar a diario y mantener constancia. * Sin azúcares añadidos y apto para dieta sin gluten. * Los péptidos hidrolizados suelen absorberse mejor que el colágeno normal.
