Review: Ottimo isolamento termico: oltre 16 ore sopra i 70°C - Ho acquistato questa borraccia termica per avere sempre a disposizione acqua bollente con cui preparare il latte in polvere per mio figlio quando siamo fuori casa. Devo dire che le sue prestazioni mi hanno piacevolmente sorpreso. Per me era fondamentale che riuscisse a mantenere l'acqua bollita a una temperatura superiore ai 70°C per almeno mezza giornata. Prima dell'acquisto ho fatto diverse ricerche online, confrontando vari thermos performanti ma dalle dimensioni contenute. In base ai test che ho trovato, questa S'well risultava la migliore della sua categoria. Una volta ricevuta ho voluto verificarne personalmente le prestazioni. L'ho riempita con acqua appena portata a ebollizione (100°C) e ho misurato la temperatura a intervalli regolari con un termometro (vedi grafico). Il risultato è stato sorprendente: l'acqua è rimasta sopra i 70°C per circa 16 ore, con una temperatura ambiente di circa 27°C e la borraccia sempre piena. Naturalmente, man mano che il livello dell'acqua diminuisce, anche il tempo di mantenimento della temperatura si riduce. Ho effettuato anche alcune prove con acqua fredda e i risultati sono stati altrettanto soddisfacenti. Dal punto di vista costruttivo la borraccia è davvero ben realizzata: è completamente inodore, non presenta perdite con il tappo ben chiuso, offre un buon grip ed è piacevole da utilizzare. Un aspetto che ho apprezzato particolarmente è che, anche riempiendola con acqua a 100°C, la superficie esterna rimane praticamente a temperatura ambiente, segno di un ottimo isolamento. L'unico piccolo neo è un leggero ponte termico nella zona del tappo, dove si percepisce un maggiore passaggio di calore rispetto al resto della borraccia.
