Q: Can i use it as a regular soap to rub my body???

Skin on face and body are the same unless you have some sensitive areas on your body. It’s really your judgement. I have used it on my entire body twice and it was fine for me. Although, to get good skin lightening effect you might have use this type of soap for a few months. It’s very drying on the skin. Use a good moisturizer after each use. There are other skin lightening soaps & creams that I want to try. This soap makes my skin dry.

Q: Do I have to leave the soap on a certain amount of time? I don’t want to be in the shower forever

Hey there! I don't know the answer to this. However, I wash my face with it (leaving the soap on my face), then wash my body 1-2 times, rinse, and rinse the soap off my face. I leave the soap on my face because that is my "problem area." I have noticed that using the soap to wash with everyday has helped a lot with my bodily scars from over the years; the older the scar the longer it takes to lighten. Hope this helps! I would strongly suggest using this soap regularly with the lotion version as well!! I also wash my face with the soap in the mornings then put a small amount of the lotion on after.

Q: What happens when you stop using it

I wouldn't stop using it. So my experience is this, when I stopped my complexion wasn't as clear and my acne resurfaced.

Q: is this safe to use on face and it will peal?is it from japan?

If you've ever had facial peels then the peel that you get from this is more like the peel from a lactic peel at 20%. It is a light but effective peel. I use 2xs a day and leave on for 7 minutes at a time but I do a tca peel every 35 days so I'm used to heavy itchy peeling. I use on my face, upper body, legs and thighs but not on my lady bits. It is drying but followed by bio oil prevents over drying and helps with the health of the surfacing skin underneath.
