Perfect Cloud Gel-Infused 2-inch Cooling Memory Foam Mattress Topper Pad - Pressure Relieving (Twin)

Waited for 72 hours per the instruction but the topper did not fully expand. It measures 1 inch narrower and 2 inches shorter than the mattress below. The cover is nice, which is the reason I ordered it, and that's the only good thing I can say about it. It's also too soft . In short, it's an overpriced piece of foam with a nice cover.

We had ordered 2 Twin Size Perfect Cloud Fusion 2-inch Memory Foam Toppers at two different times....for my sick sister....neither of the Clouds Expanded.....although my husband and I had ordered us a queen size a year ago and we never had any problem with it expanding....still today, it is high quality and so comfortable...though neither of the Twin Cloud Toppers expanded, we are still giving the Perfect Cloud Toppers the highest rating because as we said, we have had our Queen size Cloud Topper for a year and it is still so wonderful and comfortable and high quality....we contacted NorthBay Products regarding the 2 Twin Size Cloud Toppers not expanding....Northbay Products was absolutely wonderful and responded to us very quickly....An extremely nice, kind and highly customer oriented lady by the name of Janna helped us resolve our issue of the Twin Cloud Toppers not expanding, though it was not the fault of Northbay Products......Northbay Products is an outstanding company and sell absolutely high quality products and definitely go above and beyond in their customer service and want to please and satisfy their customers......We will continue to order products from them, for they truly do care about their customers and take great pride in their products.....my husband and I and my sick sister are so very appreciative and grateful to Northbay Products, for a company like Northbay Products is indeed very scare in todays world....John and Pam O'Neil.....

Update (< 1 star): After having this mattress topper for a while now I feel like expressing my extreme disappointment and literal pain. Regardless of the significant portion of the pad being permanently depressed, the part of it that IS inflated was fluffy for a short amount of time and was lovely. BUT within less than a week, there was no difference in comfort from before I got the mattress topper and after. I am back to constantly tossing and turning and 'wake up' as if I have not slept. $90 is a lot of money to me and I wish I had bought something different. Original (1 star): I was so looking forward to this and was excited that I got it so quickly, BUT... Upon taking it out of the box it started to inflate. I didn't get that satisfaction of cutting into a vacuum-sealed package. About 5 inches on one side and on one end never inflated. It's just flat. I imagine that the vacuum-seal was damaged and the mattress pad sat in some warehouse squeezed inside that cozy box, ruining my future plans for a comfortable night's sleep and determined that my bed should be lopsided forevermore.

This product was to help my teenage daughter sleep better. She says. "It was a great way to immediately help me sleep better." She continued to sleep better with this mattress topper, though her sleep wasn't as good as the very first night. There was one problem with the mattress topper when we recieved it. It had a giant fold in the middle that wouldn't go down and that was uncomfortable to lay on. We had to unzip the item and reverse it so the bubble faced down. Once that was done, it was comfortable to lay on.

This mattress topper is so comfortable. I only write reviews if the product is really good or really bad. This was exactly what we were looking for. My son's bunk bed mattress was very hard and this makes it like sleeping on a cloud! I was very surprised by how cush 2 inches could be. It was also important to me to have the green quality standards that this product has. This was the best "green" topper I found for the price and we are so pleased with the quality. The rest of the family is very jealous of his bed now. If you are on the fence allow me to push you over. So soft. It really is the perfect cloud!

I have the 2" softer version and it didn't improve my sleep, nor the feel of the mattress that much. I think I would have gotten the same effect from sleeping on top of a comforter. I think it's just too thin. The good thing is that there's no smell/off gassing after it's been aired for a couple hours.

This mattress topper is defective - theres a big lump running right down the middle that is felt sticking into your back even after iis “inflated”. I put quotes around inflated because it never fully inflated even after 36 hours. To add insult to injury, there’s no way to get the mattress back in the small box it comes in so now I have to go out and buy a large box to throw this monstrosity into to send it back.

I bought this for my daughter who is recovering from a car accident. She couldn't sleep at night because she was in so much pain. I thought this might help. She says it is so comfortable, that she was even able to lay flat on her back! It is well-made, comfortable and worth every penny!
