## Description

Part of the ONE+ system of cordless tools for the home and garden, the Ryobi R18TP-0 is a cordless transfer pump used to move water without the hassle of manually filling multiple buckets. Up to 1500 litres per hour can be moved with this pump making it ideal for emptying paddling pools or water butts. A waterproof cover protects the battery from any spillages, and the run-dry feature protects the motor from overload. The R18TP-0 is sold as a 'bare' tool (without a battery or charger) but is compatible with all batteries and chargers across the 18V ONE+ system.

Review: NOT for potable (drinkable) water! - The pump may have been a great pump for non potable water. I have never tested it, because the manual asked for 2 drops of oil in the water intake, before and after each use!!! I can’t have that when dealing exclusively with potable water. It does say in the description that is for surface water. I wasn’t gonna use it for that, but I didn’t expect to add oil in the water intake every time I use it. The idea was to transfer water to the Fresh water tank of an RV. I didn’t want to have traces of oil in my food, drinking water or the rainbow in my morning coffee!

The pump may have been a great pump for non potable water. I have never tested it, because the manual asked for 2 drops of oil in the water intake, before and after each use!!!
