Curious George Vol 1/Vol 2/Curious George The Movie

Having previously brought the movie as it was cheap in my local supermarket and my toddler liked the monkey on it and so started our days with Curious George. I brought this great value multi pack because it was cheaper than buying the two series volumes separately. Curious George is a fantastic show for toddlers and lovely to watch even for adults watching it for the 300th time. My toddler loves everything about George and copies him alot which is very cute. It is a great tv series which you can leave your young child to watch by themselves without fear of what they could end up learning from it. I like that George learns like children from a mixture of doing things wrong and also witnessing others doing things wrong and being able to seek help and then it gets explained why it is the wrong way or not the best way to do something. I also love that the lead female (Professor Wiseman) in the tv series is a scientist although it is a shame that she doesn't have any female work colleagues. We are now looking forward to loads more Curious Georges Episodes to come onto dvd.

This is a must for any Curious George fan! Bought for my 3 year old Grandson to take on a long train ride - it kept him quiet and engrossed there and back! As George is educational as well as entertaining people have been amazed with the things my Grandson knows about - and all taught by George! Just wish we could get more George in the U.K. Should also say it is great value for 3 DVDs, and was dispatched very quickly.

We purchased this dvd for our 2 year old for taking on holiday with a portable dvd player and it was fantastic. There is approximately 4 hours of viewing within the 3 dvds and our little boy loved it and watched it over and over, we haven't watched disk 2 as yet, but he has watched the others over and over, especially the one with the animals. People commented on how good he was on the plane and when out and about and it was all thanks to curious george. If your child likes curious george, these dvds will give them hours and hours of enjoyment.

I bought these dvds after my two boys were watching it on sky.....they love george.I bought dvd players for the car for a bit of peace,I have 4yr and 2yr old boys who are noisey at the best of times but they're very bad in the car, all i say is thank god for george its just me and the monkey in the car now these dvds are brillaint i even like to watch it too. Best buy ever and great value.

This was bought as a birthday gift but my son got hold of it before I could hide it, he loves curious george after we borrowed the film off lovefilm and I would recommend this dvd to anybody whose child is the same. The dvd running time means he doesnt get bored with the same short story and we can switch dvds if he does, excellent for the price considering I have seen it in stores for £35 upwards.Delivery was speedy and packaging kept it in perfect condition.

Purchased for our 3 year old who loves the character and programme. In true style there are a selection of episodes that get played over and over, but generally very happy with the purchase and the hours of entertainment/education it offers. Great value too.

We're very happy with these DVDs there's lots of episodes and the film which is great as I had only watched episodes before so didn't know how George came to end up living with the man in the yellow hat, but now I've watched he film I do, its a sweet movie. My 2year old loves George and the episodes are lovely stories.

Keeps the Grandson quiet

Descurbí esta serie el pasado verano en Norteamerica. Mi hijo, de cinco años se quedaba encantado mirándola y yo también Se trata de un pequeño monito que va descubriendo cosas y arreglando sus propias trastadas. Se trata de una serie educativa, divertida y amena. No es directamente para aprender inglés, pero si se va ayudando al niño, explicando lo que pasa, sigue todo perfectamente en el otro idioma.

Its a normal curious George episode and movie. It worked fine once we changed the region on our laptop. Our one year old is very happy.

this is a great dvd set. the regular tv length episodes are great. the long film is more for rainy days - a little too much time spent with grown up issues relating to the man with the yellow hat but that makes it fun for parents to watch as well. Curious George is great in book form and a good job was done to make an endearing tv/film character.

I didn't notice at the time that the name it was from was Oxfordshire England. Needless to say stuff from the UK doesn't work in American Blu Ray players.
