I've tried loads of different anti chafing sprays gels creams talcs etc but this one is the best by a mile. The talc (which is talcum powder free in a yellow and blue bottle) is as good but messy. You can tell its good as well because it's never discounted. An expensive but vital addition for my day to day activities.
