I love it, I got what I was expected
The aero shelf is really amazing, the quality colors and finishing are top notch, really easy to install, all well explained on the instructions, it only took me 15min to get it all together, not too heavy so don’t worry about putting heavy weight on your wall, the one and only thing I don’t like but seems to be a common practice on Amazon, it’s the they fake a high price then scratch it off like $199 now $134 when I had it in my cart for a week at $124 so never was at $199 and when I was about to buy it went up to $143, so I decided to get it with my other account assuming won’t know my interest on this product and I was right I bought it for $94

Wood shelf
Wood quality is awesome, very functional shelf holds several things looks very pretty in my living room the gray matches my paneling great. The size is exactly what I needed for a internet modem and a Nintendo switch. Storage is great hides your cords.

Nice Unit
It comes in a few pieces (flat packed) so you'll need t do some assembly, but it's pretty easy. Now that it's assembled I believe it would be better if they mounted the door hinges on the top of the console, since they occupy valuable space on the bottom where things could be set. Be sure and buy some toggle bolts if mounting to drywall, since it's unlikely that you'll have studs spaced exactly like the 4 mounting holes, or even along the small back panels where you could drill to mount it.

Great addition
Sturdy and as good looking as you would expect. I would buy again and I am quite pleased with it. I have the 90 something inch. The wall anchors hold it well. It’s not too heavy. Kids’ switch and a soundbar are on top. I put it on regular drywall and hit studs for 2 of 6 anchor spots.Only issue: my wall isn’t flat! I didn’t know that. So I have a half inch gap on one side that I will see about filling so it isn’t obvious.

Satisfied with the results. Worth the extra assembly.
Bought this 55" floating shelf to pair with my new Samsung 75"4K TV. It conceals the extra cables nicely behind the center cabinet. My goal was to conceal the unused Cat5, Coaxial, and HDMI cables so I can easily connect them if necessary without moving the TV off the wall.Assembly took an hour or so by myself. I recommend you find your wall studs ahead of time and be prepared to drill extra holes in the floating shelf because the pre-drilled mounting holes are unlikely to line up with your wall stud pattern. The kit provides wood and cement screws. I was only able land one screw on each end. So the weight is being held by two studded screws, and I'm okay with that. The kit provides some nice concealing stickers to cover up the exposed fasteners and any extra holes you may have had to drill.Recommend traditional practice of using a straight edge and proper carpenter's level to make alignment lines and marks prior to drilling any holes. This shelf has an opening on the left hand side that appears to be intended a wifi router antenna. But you can obviously use this for something else if need be.I discourage concealing a modem or router within the center cabinet because there is little ventilation other than that through the cable ports. The trapped heat could damage your devices.

Works reasonably well, but poor flexibility with stud placement.
This shelf was easy to assemble, and the plywood core (rather than particle board) is stiff and strong. The Ikea-style assembly hardware works well. I should mention that the "walnut" veneer appears to be printed vinyl. It looks OK, but is nothing special; this is probably reasonable, given the price point.A minor nit is that the holes bored for cables have very sharp edges (so much so that they shaved some plastic off the cables that were passed through them). It would have been easy to radius these holes a tiny bit. Another irritation is that the back edge of the central hole is a centimeter or so from the wall; cables flush with the wall need to come out of their hiding cover to reach the hole in the shelf. The shelf is very shallow, so that a Comcast DVR barely fits (and that required right-angle HDMI and RG6-U connectors. The biggest issue with the shelf is that the four pre-drilled mounting holes don't allow centering the shelf under the TV, unless you lead a charmed life with studs that are magically located behind the mounting holes. Since the instructions were pretty adamant about not relying on drywall anchors, I ended up drilling through the back over the studs, and used deck screws into the studs.
