First off, the product arrived beautifully packaged, complete with all the tools and instructions needed to put it together. It took me about half an hour to an hour to assemble, and the instructions were super easy to follow. Now that I’ve been using this chair for a few days, I’ve noticed that I can sit for long periods of time gaming without any lower back pain, all thanks to the lumbar support. The headrest and tilt tension are a lifesaver, allowing me to sit back and relax. Overall, this chair feels premium and well-built. Plus, it comes with a three-year warranty, which is great for peace of mind.

This chair is well-designed and feels very sturdy, and feels really good quality. Assembly was a breeze — all the nuts and bolts arrived clearly labelled, and the instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. It took very little time to get everything set up. Materials used feel premium and castors glide smoothly across the floor. It’s also highly adjustable, with mechanisms that make it easy to tailor the chair to suit the individual. The simplicity of the adjustment systems means multiple users can switch in and out with minimal hassle. Reclining is a particular strong point. When leaning back, the chair offers noticeably better lumbar support, and the headrest shifts into a more comfortable position. It’s supportive and stable, even for heavier users (around 130kg), and feels dependable even when fully reclined. The lumbar support is surprisingly good. Although I usually prefer a locked setting over a spring-loaded one, this design works well and offers a decent level of support once you’ve got used to it and means when you recline you don't need to also adjust the lumbar support because it just adjusts with you. At 5'10", I first thought the headrest sat a little low for me. But after a couple of weeks now I think i've adjusted to the chair, along with my posture (for the better) so now seems much better. The armrests are really easy to move around and means when im slouching or leaning its really easy to adjust them to a comfy position. Overall, this is a high-quality chair with thoughtful features and excellent ease of use. It’s probably best suited to users multi-user settings and worth noting that the premium materials do mean its quite heavy

When my last lock down office chair fell apart I settled on this one to replace it. Its a good solid item and fairly heavy so like others advise to assemble in the room it will be used in if possible. There are some YouTube review videos that also show assembly but the instructions in the pack are fine. They also provide extra nuts and bolts so dont worry if you have a few spare at the end. I opted for a mesh chair this time as my last faux leather one was less comfortable in hot weather. This mesh gives very good support and more than might be anticipated from the images. The back rest does take a bit of getting used to, but after a little time using the chair I really like how it adjusts to the small of your back. The gas lift has the usual up and down but you can also lock the chair in a fixed position or in a recline mode where leaning back allows you to gently recline backwards. The seat back adjusts up and down with a good range of settings. The arms adjust up and down but the sideways adjustment is quite loose so the arms do move around, not when sitting but if you knock them. This doesnt bother me as i like being able to adjust the direction of the arm rests to different angles. There is also a neck rest, which looked a bit gimmicky to me but actually gives good support if needed. We have Herman miller chairs at work, and i find this one as comfortable as those but at a much more reasonable price.

Having previously bought two run-of-the-mill gaming chairs, both of which didn’t last long, I think this ergonomic office chair is a significant leap forward in the right direction. The amount of adjustability is refreshing and extremely useful for achieving the right fit. One of the aspects that surprised me the most is the mesh material, it is sturdy, stretchy, firm and extremely comfortable. On top of this, the breathability of the material is very noticeable, more than what I thought it would be; it's fantastic now in the Winter and it will be even more so in the Summer. The assembly was easy with the tools and fixings provided, I didn't encounter any issues and all of the parts fit together nicely straight out of the box they were securely and safely packed in. Overall, I can say that I'm very happy with this chair.

I've needed a better office chair since working from home during lockdown showed me how inadequate my last chair was. To be honest you can pay eye watering prices for a decent chair with good back support so I really had to do some digging to get a good deal. This chair ticks all the boxes. It's comfortable, supports my lower back and is easy to adjust. It is a well made, solid piece of furniture so it does take a bit of effort to put together but the instructions are clear, all the necessary screws are provided as are the tools. Really please with this purchase!

I purchased this chair with high expectations, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. The main issue was with the lumbar support. It does not provide stable or consistent support and did not feel properly aligned. Over time, it became uncomfortable and did not meet the ergonomic expectations advertised. What made the experience worse, however, was the return process. After explaining that I was unwell and unable to disassemble the chair, I was still required to fully dismantle and repack it myself before collection. This took several hours and caused unnecessary stress. The process was rigid and not customer-oriented. There was no flexibility or practical support offered despite clear communication about my situation. A product can sometimes fall short — that happens. But how a company handles issues is what defines the overall experience. Unfortunately, the return handling has been as disappointing as the product itself. I cannot recommend this purchase based on both the product performance and the customer service experience.

I have been using this chair for the past 9 months and I was very impressed when it first arrived. The chair was very sturdy, heavy and not so difficult to assemble so I was very excited about the purchase. However, after using the chair for a long time, I have come to realise that the chair is not comfortable at all. The seat is a mesh which shouldn’t be an issue but this particular mesh is very painful to sit on. It seems like the mesh stops blood flow through the butt and the legs when you sit on it. I have recently started putting a little pillow on the seat, and it helps a bit. I have also noticed that the lumbar support shakes when you move your back on the chair. This could be an issue of loose screws and might just need retightening but I haven’t tried retightening. Overall, the chair looks beautiful and sturdy until you actually want to use it for the reason why you bought it.

I wanted the best office chair after years of using a standard office chair given to me by previous employer. It was hell and affecting my health, pretty sure it gave me circulation issues in my leg and a very sore bottom. After researching found out a Herman Miller chair would be the best, however not the price (for me) brand new and second hand was still very pricey. Dug a little deeper and stumbled on this chair, in my humble opinion this is a close enough dupe for that brand. I am absolutely thrilled! Pros: The ergonomic seat is wide and long enough to not cut off mid thigh (like previous chair) as it dips downwards. The lumbar support is heaven for the lower back pain I have and the neck support is great and adjustable! The chair is solid.aking it feel like top quality. Best two people assemble it due to its heaviness. The mesh seating material is great and breathable, zero sweaty feeling when you stand up after some time. The recline feels so good and I love the way I've set it up that I can rest my legs up and just chill. I just wish the laptop could follow you too, I'll work out a way. Cons: Instructions were not super clear on numbering and identification of the bolts etc but not that difficult to work out. I really wish you could lock the arm rests to where you like them. Any little nudge and they move. It'd be great if there was a drawing on how many different ways they move too, had to work it out myself. The gas lift may not be enough if you have longer legs, I'm ok but I believe you can buy one and fit it to this chair or reach out to seller about it. I'd personally prefer better wheels but honestly my chair hardly moves due to how I've positioned it and I'm on wood flooring if needed for moving. Not sure how easy it would be on carpet. You will not regret it, fabulous remote office chair. My best Prime day discount purchase (£454) to date.

Note pour plus tard, prendre le poids de l'achat en considération surtout si l'on souffre du dos.. c'est un comble de monter 35 kilos tout seul dans un escalier quand on achète une chaise ergonomique pour éviter d'user son dos... je comprends votre souci de l'écologie, mais le carton maché dans le grand carton pèse à lui seule 7 kilos là où du polystyrène aurait été plus confortable à transporter, l'emballage dépourvu de poignées c'était à la débrouille que j'ai gravis mes étages. Je retire une étoile pour cela, du reste épuisé et mal comme je suis, je n'ai pas encore eu le temps de la construire, ni de l'essayer, j'espère sincèrement qu'elle est confortable.. pour le coup, je mériterais même un petit accessoire pour tant d'efforts ! [Edit post montage] "c'est du chinois" ! "mais non t'es juste pas bricoleur"... 1m81, 91 kilos, je suis assis sur du duvet, mon dos (lombaires) mais surtout ma tête est soutenue. La chaise n'est pas donnée, mais je suis confortablement assis sur la doro 300C pro ! Je n'ai qu'un seul regret, mon ancienne chaise me permettait de me balancer comme dans un rockingchair (je stim parfois à cause de TSA) en dehors de cela, je suis sur un produit solide, confortable, qui épouse et repose mon dos. je remet l'étoile que j'ai retirée pour l'emballage soyons fous !

The leg rest could’ve been angled upwards to improve it but other than that it’s the perfect chair.
