What are the actual dimensions for the extra large, I can only find information on the 72 inch large?

I own one of these 72” tall cat trees. I believe that the other (extra large) is a misprint due to the measurements of (22.04"L x 11.4"W x 17.7"H) that’s listed for the extra large, if you think about these measurements they would for a really small tree. I believe at most it’s just listing 2 different colors & not 2 sizes.

Are the seating beds large enough for heavier cats? My cat is 12 lbs and I'm worried she won't fit on the highest bed

a 12 lb cat may be pushing the limits of those 2 beds, they may look like they have hard sides to hold weight, but they are soft sided & are easily pushed down. My cat is small & only 9-10 lbs.
