I purchased this trimmer, and it has never worked properly from day one. I took it to the service center twice, but each time they returned it, claiming it was working perfectly. In reality, it often doesn’t start when I need to use it. To make matters worse, it has now developed a new issue—it turns on by itself in the middle of the night. This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Good Product… Until It Stops Working — Support is Non-Existent I purchased this product on August 22, 2024, and I’m writing this review after using it for quite some time. To be fair, the product itself performs really well when it’s working properly. The design, functionality, and overall performance are quite good, and I was genuinely satisfied during the initial period of usage. However, the real problem started when the device stopped charging. From that point onward, things went downhill. Despite the product coming with a 2-year warranty, the after-sales support from Morphy Richards India has been extremely disappointing: No response to emails Follow-up emails were ignored No proper customer service assistance It felt like there was no support system at all once the product developed an issue. After struggling for over 1.5 months, I had to repeatedly contact Amazon customer support (multiple times every week). Thankfully, Amazon support was excellent and stood by me throughout the process. Eventually, they helped me return the defective product and issued a refund. Final Verdict: 👍 Great performance while it works 👎 Very poor after-sales service ⚠️ Risky purchase if something goes wrong I would recommend this product only if you’re willing to take the risk, because if it stops working, getting support or a warranty claim resolved can be extremely frustrating.
