Best hemp product I’ve tried so far!
This product is so good I reordered several packs. It’s a little pricey than alternatives but well worth it if you want the real deal! 3 table spoons a day keeps the doctor away!! :)

I’ve been very happy with these hemp hearts. I add them to my smoothies mainly for their nutritional benefits, and they work perfectly for that. One thing I really like is that they have almost no taste, so they blend easily into my smoothie without changing the flavor. They’re a great way to add extra nutrition, including protein and healthy fats, without affecting the taste of what you’re eating or drinking. The quality has been very good, and they mix smoothly. If you’re looking for an easy way to boost the nutritional value of your smoothies or meals, these hemp hearts are a great option.

I order these mainly for the health benefits and they are easy to ‘store in the bag’, placed into the refrigerator!! They really have no taste (to me), good value for the money, and they have 10 grams of protein as well as 20% of daily needs for iron) (which I consider a health benefit!) per 3 tablespoons… I rarely use that much however 2T is plenty for me to toss onto my yogurt and fruit breakfast!

I started on a health journey this year and just recently discovered hemp hearts, quite by accident, while reading on health benefits of other foods. Was a little reluctant to try them because I wasn’t sure if I would like the taste and didn’t want to waste my money. I decided to go ahead and give these a try and was so pleasantly surprised by the flavor. I have found my new favorite thing!! The taste is hard to describe but they kind of remind me of pine nuts, which I love. Just got this bag within the last week and just received another bag I ordered that’s twice the size. There are so many health benefits to eating these, you can’t go wrong, get your bag!!
