I ordered this on the recommendation of a friend who gave me one to try. It worked and I ordered my own!

The adhesive was hard to get off and it burned my skin.

I use these patches for knee pain, but they did not work.

I tried these and so did my nephew. He has a work related sore neck and shoulders. He put one on for fun and went to work and 8 hrs later came to see me to tell him to order 6 boxes. He gives them out at work when his crew is in pain. My Story- chronic bursitis in hips and left shoulder. Drs cannot do anything but give drugs. I put one on each hil and one on my shoulder. 15 minutes later was in my garden planting. Pain free for 10 hrs! They even allow me to get in and out of vehicles! Now I can come and go when I want to so it’s a 10 star rating from us!

I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised that they really work. Only thing I found that it must be applied to freshly cleaned area without creams or lotions on the skin so they adhere properly

These patches work very well and I keep a good supply handy.

I can't feel the warmth as claimed. The smell is very mild, can't even smell ginger (as one of the major ingredients). Most important of all, it doesn't relieve pain. It's merely a very strong adhesive piece of plaster that's hard to be removed. Very disappointed.

Thought I was buying Wellnee patches and bought these. Even though they have the same ingredients as my preferred brand, they don't have the same effectiveness. The patches are much thinner and they dont heat up the area. They're not as good as the Wellnee.
