This is really good. Keep in mind i only really eat it with protein yogurt but it o crunchy andadds sooo much texture and flavor to the yogurt. really helps meet my protein goals in the morning and isn’t too surgery either. Would whole heartedly recommend this for anyone trying different diets and i usually do half the portion size but that’s just my personal preference.

This cereal is good. I don't think it's great. But my husband liked it a lot. I think it's worth your try and is decidedly healthier than a lot that are out there.
